		<description><![CDATA[Once again, it seems to me that if nobody knows what she will do, that&#039;s a sign that maybe her interest is in the law itself.  I like that she does not seem to hold a bias toward any particular philosophy with regard to class action suits.  

And, of course gender and ethnicity will play a part in one&#039;s decisions.  They play a part in much of what we do because they make up part of who we are.  

I like this nominee more as I hear more about her.  Then again, I don&#039;t run a business, and I do understand why those who do would want someone more predictable.  Even so, as an American I want the law to be paramount.]]></description>
