We define &quot;class action&quot; as a &quot;common set of facts capable of harming many.&quot;  Interestingly to us, many plaintiff firms at times do the exact opposite:  file then attempt to run as silent as possible for as long as possible to avoid competition.  So it is definitely a mixed bag.]]></description>
