ClassActionBlawg.com encourages conversation about our content and welcomes your thoughts.  Please be respectful of other readers, however.  We will continue to allow comments to most entries unless they are abused.  Keep in mind that this site is not intended to be a message board or a forum for general discussion.  In particular, comments that are obscene, sexual in nature, racist, defamatory, or irrelevant to the discussion will be removed.  Also, requests for legal advice or comments seeking legal representation in a potential lawsuit will not be approved.  ClassActionBlawg.com administrators have sole discretion to decide which comments are inappropriate.  If you have any questions about whether a comment is appropriate, it probably isn’t.
